Synergy Massage
Synergy massage is our own bodywork style which blends what we have experienced to be the most powerful elements of eastern/western bodywork and esoteric practice.

By combining superficial and deep tissue manipulation, assisted stretches, pressure point stimulation, breath, energy work and guided awareness, the perfect space for healing, revitalisation and transformation is created.
Peter Warnock explains:

I tune in to your body’s innate intelligence, and moved by this, I work to the level that your body needs – not what your mind thinks it needs. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, working your entire body, and last two hours plus. This results in what many of our clients have said to be the most profound treatment they have ever experienced.
We offer one to three hour sessions of Synergy massage and charge £55 per hour.
