Then just imagine...

You are lying in a warm and tranquil room on a sumptuously comfortable massage couch, your head supported by a soft face cradle.

Two experienced therapists skillfully, fluidly work your body from head to toe, sometimes synchronized, sometimes in contrast – always in harmony. With long unhurried sweeping strokes – the perfect pressure to relax your body. Then deeper, kneading the tension from your muscles, and deeper still, working into those areas you’ve been longing to be reached and nobody’s quite found.

The sensation of having two therapists working on you at once is beyond words, stretching you in a way that only four hands can – easing, lengthening, realigning and releasing. Your brain can’t follow all the hands as they take you to a place where your mind and body give up their holding, leaving you feeling totally relaxed and revitalised.

Synergy Four-Hands Massage has been developed through our collective experience of practising bodywork, energy work and meditation for over 37 years. It is a dynamic fusion of what we have discovered to be the most beneficial elements of eastern/western bodywork and esoteric practice – integrating techniques and philosophies from:

With two therapists combining superficial and deep tissue manipulation, assisted stretches, pressure point stimulation, and breath and energy work, a unique form of massage is created.

The massage takes us two hours of actual treatment time so that we can fully drop into feeling the way your body responds to our touch. This provides a deeper and more fulfilling experience for you. You will also need to give yourself at least half an hour after the session for coming round and integrating the session.

The fee for the Synergy Four-Hands massage experience is £220.
One hour sessions are also available and cost £110.

N.B. Please drink at least two litres of water per day for at least three days before the treatment - it is a deeply cleansing treatment and your hydration levels will affect your experience of this.
